Sunset Inn Pacific Grove

The cozy room had a lovely fireplace, but parking was tricky some nights.

overall had peaceful stay for two nights. all of the staff members were responsive and competent. had facilities needed in my queen room, including climate control, a patio, and a coffee maker.

The service was exceptional and the pool was heated.

Very nice staff. Decent continental breakfast. Room was very up to date with a tile bathroom/shower, flat screen tv, and hardwood floors. Location was great, 10 minutes to Monterey and 10 minutes to Pebble Beach with a short walk down to th beach from the hotel.

Bed was not very comfy. Did not get a decent night sleep. For the price paid, room is too small (1-King bed with rain shower).

Cozy room, friendly staff, with a super comfortable bed and nice linens, made my stay relaxing and enjoyable, along with convenient off-site parking available for easy access to explore nearby attractions.

Great place to stay for second honeymoon. Beach within walking distance. Point Pinos light house right across the street.

Location just next door to the beach walking distance, sights to see, and the Golf Course. Tastefully decorated, brand-new room with a private bathroom and a shower and hairdryers.

Just a decent option for a swift stopover in Pacific Grove with fantastic value for money. Park in the open space closer to the entrance to make things easier when arriving late.

Room was a little small and the walls seemed rather thin.

Everything was perfect at this affordable hotel. The breakfast was local with lots of food! The location was amazing and beautiful, very close to the shoreline with easy access to fairgrounds and antique stores.

Cozy stay with amazing staff!

What a lovely find! The hotel was just a stroll from the beach and super clean with beautiful flowers everywhere. The staff were so friendly and offered such great tips for exploring the area. I loved having fresh coffee and snacks by the picnic area. The only bummer was the parking, it was a bit tight, especially during busy hours.

I enjoyed the hdtv and the fireplace located directly in the middle facing the bed. As well as the walk-in shower with a rain shower attachment. Bed is very comfortable. And staff is very friendly.

A little cramped. Hardwood floor creaks a little but not enough to annoy.

The room was clean and smelled fresh as a solo traveler. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the grounds were quiet and well-maintained. Limited parking was inconvenient, and I experienced some issues with the cancellation policy that left a bad impression. I found the lack of a breakfast room surprising, which could affect future visits.
